{"id":11739,"date":"2014-03-21T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-03-20T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iraurgiberritzen.eus\/responsables-de-innovacion-contrastan-herramientas-para-la-gestion-de-proyectos-y-documentacion\/"},"modified":"2014-03-21T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2014-03-20T22:00:00","slug":"responsables-de-innovacion-contrastan-herramientas-para-la-gestion-de-proyectos-y-documentacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iraurgiberritzen.eus\/es\/responsables-de-innovacion-contrastan-herramientas-para-la-gestion-de-proyectos-y-documentacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Responsables de Innovaci\u00f3n contrastan Herramientas para la Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos y Documentaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado 21 de Marzo se reuni\u00f3 el grupo de Responsables de Innovaci\u00f3n&nbsp; de IB-Ezagutza Sarea, para analizar y contrastar con expertos y resto de responsables del grupo, dos temas propuestos por ellos: <strong>Herramientas para la<\/strong><strong> Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos y Documentaci\u00f3n, metodolog\u00edas y casos en las empresas<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las primera parte de la jornada se centr\u00f3 en la presentaci\u00f3n de distintas alternativas de herramientas para la Gesti\u00f3n de Documentaci\u00f3n por parte de Jose Olaskoaga y Ricardo Romero, Responsables del Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico TEKNIKER. En la segunda parte, se profundiz\u00f3 en la <strong>metodolog\u00eda PMP<\/strong> sobre la Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos de la mano de los consultores German Anitua (Brodgar &amp; Mulligan) y Claudia Arcelay (Lanarvi). En ambos casos, se contrastaron en grupo las experiencias y situaci\u00f3n de las empresas respecto a la implantaci\u00f3n de estas herramientas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se present\u00f3 la metodolog\u00eda PMP, hoy d\u00eda, de gran importancia para obtener el certificado ISO 21500, y especialmente, para las empresas dedicadas a procesos de internacionalizaci\u00f3n debido a que contribuye a disponer de un lenguaje com\u00fan para la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos en el extranjero. Adem\u00e1s, se present\u00f3 esta metodolog\u00eda como apropiada para las empresas que no disponen de producto propio, peque\u00f1as empresas y desempleados para la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos en distintos \u00e1mbitos.
